Terms and Conditions
1. Service Description
4D Pest Control provides safe and effective pest management solutions for residential and commercial properties. Our services target common Texas pests including cockroaches, ants, mosquitoes, termites, rodents, and spiders. We specialize in pet-friendly treatments designed to protect both your property and your loved ones. All services are performed by experienced professionals with over 10 years of industry expertise.
2. Service Area and Scheduling
Our primary service area includes College Station, Bryan, and the surrounding Brazos Valley areas. Standard service hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Saturday appointments are available by special request only. We pride ourselves on flexible scheduling to accommodate the busy lives of Texas families and property managers.
3. Pet and Family Safety
The safety of your children and pets is our highest priority. We utilize specialized pet-friendly treatments and application methods. However, customers are required to follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by our technicians to ensure maximum safety and efficacy. This may include temporarily vacating treated areas or securing pets during the application process.
4. Payment and Pricing
4D Pest Control is committed to providing high-quality service at reasonable and competitive prices. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made for monthly service contracts or property management billing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and digital payment options as specified on your service invoice.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. We request at least 24 hours' notice for any service cancellations or rescheduling requests. Repeated late cancellations may be subject to a nominal service fee. For contract customers, 30 days' written notice is required for the termination of recurring service agreements.
6. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
We value constant communication until the job is done right. If pests return between scheduled visits for covered services, 4D Pest Control will return to re-treat the affected areas at no additional cost.
